We are not able to talk about some of our high end clients as confidentiality is a pre-requisite of securing the contract.
It's always exciting to receive a call from an events co-ordinator, head housekeeper or butler who is commissioning our fine dining services on behalf of their famous client. Last Saturday we all had the thrill of seeing some very famous sporting stars at an event we arranged in Essex.
No cameras were allowed in, however, we've been promised some photographs of the food from the professional photographer commissioned to record the event and hope to bring these to you very soon.
The food was well received and the champagne flowed. Even if I say so myself, it all looked absolutely stunning, complemented by the gorgeous house and grounds and even the weather was brilliant!
