"Organising a wedding can be a little stressful, but the team at Collins Catering made it so much easier for us, they were so efficient, professional, friendly and enthusiastic that they really helped tomake the whole experience much more enjoyableFrom the start we felt well informed on all the wedding catering choices and appropriately advised, their organisation skills were great and we were provided with a step-by-step planner of all the timings for the day, reassuring us that everything would run smoothly. We had an amazing day! Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food ws, and how original it all was, it made for fun and different and suited our relaxed theme.

numbers for our two buffets and then another massive thank you for the excellent spread and your superb staff.
" I know that right from the start that I had absolutely no need to worry about the organisation for this part of my wedding - the food was vastly plentiful and absolutely splendid - the guests knew we were having a buffet but assumed it would be egg and cress sandwiches and cocktail sausages!

How can I possibly thank you enough?
I can only say that the meal surpassed all expectations. How you managed to feed the one hundred people with such a wonderful, hot, delicious food, I will never know, and I shall always wonder. You are obviously a complete professional in every way, as was evident on the day. Everything you did was exemplary without exception, and really, I will recommend you without hesitation to anyone that simultaneously requires, excellent quality and value for money.
Everyone was delighted with each and every course. The pudding table was a great success, and so were the evening buffet tables - obviously, because it had all gone!
I must take this opportunity to thank you, your staff, the chef(s) and anyone else that was involved in the catering for my wedding reception, for such a marvellous effort. Thank you for your caring. Thank you for working so hard, we assure you that it was all well received.

Sorry this has taken so long to write, but what with the honeymoon and then moving into a new house, its been a bit hectic.
I don't really know where to begin in thanking you for everything you did for us, you and all your staff were just wonderful and the food was just amazing. Mum even received letters from some of the guests congratulating us on the caterers, not bad eh!
It was better than perfect, I just can't belive how smoothly and efficiently it all went, I couldn't fault one single aspect.

May I say how pleased we were with the catering at my late father in law's funeral.
The other good thing on that day, was the ability of Shirley to cope in a crisis when the electricity failed at my club. She remained calm and collected, dispensing smiles and wine to cover the ongoing problem until the cavalry arrived. (Those who knew where the fuse box was). Once solved, Shirley swung into action, teapot, coffee pot one in each hand, quenching everyone's thirst. We were very pleased with her efficiency. Many people commented on the extreamly nice food and also how "the nice waitress looked after them, so please pass on our thanks to her.
Please accept our grateful thanks for providing such a good buffet for our guests and we would not hesitate to reccomend you to others."

Just a short (and well overdue) note to thank you and your staff for the service provided at our recent Dinner/Boxing evening, at the Broadway Theatre, Barking.
You'll be pleased to know that the show was an overwhelming success, both in the boxing ring and outside where our guests were very impressed with both the food, and table service provided.
We have had a number of complimentary letters about the show, and all include comments about the food (which I didn't get to sample) being very high. Many people gave us good feedback on the meals, and on the way your staff conducted themselves throughout the entire evening.
